On tomshardware, they was an article on how the rarity of your fingerprint can be calculated though your DNA.  This would be weird because no fingerprint is the same but the rarity in te way the grooves are shaped. The idea of proving the rarity would be able to be used in court cases to prove a suspect would have a very high rarity or a very low rarity. A very low rarity would be good for a mistrial but also a very high rarity would also be used to prove innocent or if someone is guilty.
